Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 15 minutes of submission for bKash and Nagad, and within 30 minutes for Rocket and Upay. Currency and Taxes

Wagering Requirements

Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on bd89h and may result in immediate account suspension, confiscation of funds, and permanent banning: (a) using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to gain an unfair advantage; (b) exploiting software errors or technical glitches — any winnings derived from a technical error will be voided; (c) engaging in match-fixing, collusion, or any form of cheating in live games; (d) using the platform for any purpose related to money laundering or financial fraud; (e) providing false identity documents during KYC verification.

Collusion and Fraudulent Play
bd89h monitors gameplay for patterns consistent with collusion, chip dumping, and coordinated betting strategies. In live poker and live casino games, players must act independently and in their own individual interest. Any player found to be coordinating with another player at the same table or in the same betting event — whether to manipulate outcomes, share information, or transfer chips — will have their accounts suspended pending investigation, and all associated funds may be confiscated.

Minors and Self-Exclusion
Players who have registered for self-exclusion must not attempt to circumvent that exclusion by registering a new account. Any new account opened by a self-excluded player will be closed immediately and any deposits returned.
